1. You’ll experience all four seasons, including pollen

Yes, spring is gorgeous… and very yellow. North Carolina has beautiful weather, but allergy season can be intense. Bring tissues and maybe a good air purifier.

2. Homes here move FAST

Especially in areas like Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point, desirable homes (and new construction lots) can go under contract in days.

3. New construction is booming, and full of perks
